Eldorado In 2itively Tuxedo, 4/18/02, 00.0", silver dapple, Kamelots Tuxedo x DD Patty Faye

I've been looking the the right horse to geld for my own show string for a long time, and finally found one! This silver dapple gelding will mature around 33". We did this same cross a few years ago and kicked ourselves after selling the resulting mare, so we knew what we were bound to get from this cross. In2it has the same reach and drive as his famous driving sire, based on the same correct conformation and shoulder layback that Tuxedo has. He is going in this year's show string and will show in open, youth and halter classes. He should end up being an all round horse that we can use for years to come.

Little Kings Buckin Around, 4/14/94, 32.5", black, Boones Little Buckeroo x Dell Teras Fran

Buckin Around is one of the few Buckeroo geldings around that is out being shown. I only know of one other one that was gelded in the past couple of years to be shown. Buckin Around is a great youth and amateur horse. He is consistently in the top ribbons in his youth, amateur and open halter classes. He has style, while retaining that easy-to-get-along-with gelding attitude.

Buckin Around is also a good country pleasure horse, very easy to drive. He will be starting on jumping and obstacles this year.

Because I have too many geldings, Buckin Around is on the sale list, but he will most probably remain on the string until such time as the perfect home comes along for him.

Extreme Backdraft, 5/15/94, 36.25" (AMHR only), dun, Jandts Little Lincoln x Sunkist Sunny

Another miniature with that "big horse" look and feel, Ex frequently takes Supreme Halter Champion over mares and geldings, something normally pretty uncommon.

When Ex came to live with us, it was obvious that he had been abused at some point in his life (and not by the previous owner). He had probably been hit in the face with a board or something similar, and both jaws had been broken. He still has large scars inside his mouth. When entering the stall, Ex would go crazy trying to escape. The day I could finally bounce my muck rake off his back and he stood there quietly and accepted it was the day I finally felt there was hope.

We still have bad days, and you certainly have to earn his trust. He seems to give it most readily to youngsters, and my nephew Richie has made great strides in working with him. Thanks, Rich!

With a pedigree that is full of holes and lacking even one "big name" horse, this is another example of the horse being more than the paper.
